Carina Lewis – VP Global Sales

Since Carina started with Sekura Global in 2016, she has been an invaluable asset to the Sekura team. With a passion for loss prevention products, she listens to clients’ needs to ensure delivery of high quality solutions at a great price.

As VP of Global Sales Carina works alongside her professional team based in the US. Carina makes sure our partnerships with retailers deliver a consultative approach, helping our customers achieve their Loss Prevention and time-saving goals.

In addition to her role as Leader of the North American Team, Carina is instrumental in providing support to other markets, such as Europe and Australia, working to expand and promote Sekura loss prevention products all over the world.

Pete Henry – National Account Manager 

I enjoy working with my customers in a collaborative manner to help solve their Loss Prevention issues. I believe that we are successful when our customers are!

Pete Henry, our National Account Manager for the US & Canada, supports business growth in North America. Pete works with national retailers looking to lower their shrink while increasing sales at the same time, to deliver the best loss prevention products based on their individual business needs.

Pete is a problem solver, committed to achieving mutual success for Sekura Global and our customers in the retail and LP industry.

Roxanne Christenson – National Account Manager

Roxanne has an extensive background in retail sales and expertise in cultivating strong relationships with large retail accounts for long-term incremental business growth. More recently, she secured the first RFID automated inventory pilot with Macy’s, which is still ongoing.

Donna Gudridge – Client Program Manager

With seventeen years of experience in Loss Prevention, Donna is highly skilled at ensuring our US pilot programs are carefully managed from start to finish, with converting success into revenue for your business as her primary concern.

In addition to managing our retail and loss prevention product pilot programs, Donna closely collaborates with retail partners to develop test criteria and collect the data required for creating accurate sales and shrink report to benefit global retailers.

Customer service driven, Donna designs, develops, and facilitates high quality training programs conducted locally and online to ensure the successful execution of our various security programs. Donna works closely with Product Management to ensure the development of best practices prior to loss prevention products’ release.

Karen Hearn – Account Manager 

It is encouraging to see how our efforts have such a positive effect – I feel successful when customers are happy.”

As Account Manager for North America, Karen is instrumental in managing every aspect of US sales operations. She also assists on a number of US marketing campaigns and events to ensure the success of RILA, NRF, and Retail Risk events.

Recognized by the team for her efforts, Karen helps ensure we deliver a full service to our retail customers, with training in the use of loss prevention products ahead of roll-out.

Cheryl LeBar – Customer Service/Supply Chain Manager 

Our customers are the ones who drive me to provide the best overall customer service experience possible.”

Cheryl oversees both customer service and our supply chain for our customers in the US, Canada, and Mexico. She goes above and beyond to ensure our customers are satisfied in her responsibility of forecasting loss prevention product needs for our customers, ensuring desired product is in production for future needs.

Cheryl manages our North American customer service department by making sure our clients are happy, and all Loss Prevention product needs are met and supplied on time.
